Queena Wei is currently the Managing Director at Copyfree Document Imaging & Solutions, one of the largest single-line Canon authorized dealers in Southern California providing hardware, software and integrated document solutions to help customers automate business processes and increase operational effectiveness and productivity in the workplace.  As a leader in the document imaging industry for the last 40+ years, Copyfree is recognized for its commitment to innovation, quality technologies, and the flexibility and personal attention to provide the best-in-class customer service experience.

Queena’s primary role as Managing Director is to lead and develop the Sales and Marketing function for the organization, which also includes a focus on establishing strategic partnerships and alliances to ensure that Copyfree continues to be competitive, profitable, and remain a market leader.  In addition, Queena is also responsible for managing human capital and success at Copyfree through the recruitment and retention of talent for the organization in Human Resources.

Prior to Copyfree, Queena was in Sales at Marc Jacobs, Int’l, a global fashion brand based in New York City.  At Marc Jacobs, Queena oversaw the wholesale efforts for several distribution channels, including global licensees where she gained her international sales experience.  Earlier in her career, Queena was a Senior Consultant for Deloitte & Touche, LLP’s Advisory practice where she proved her strengths in client service and IT Risk Consulting for key stakeholders to develop, automate and optimize risk-based outcomes in areas such as project management, regulatory compliance and readiness, internal control and process, and information technology.

Throughout her career, Queena has shown consistent leadership and versatility across a variety of roles and responsibilities across unique industries with a specialized focus in Business Consulting and Sales/Business Development. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for developing value-driven teams and individuals has made Queena a strong people leader with both a strategic approach and focused execution.

Queena is a two-time Trojan and holds both a B.S. in Business Information Systems and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Leadership & Executive Development from USC’s Marshall School of Business.

Queena is also a graduate of the Riordan Leadership Institute (RLI), a nine-month board training and matching fellowship that empowers and prepares diverse professionals for life-long civic leadership as nonprofit board members and has been involved with several philanthropic organizations over the years including a 6-month internship with the American Heart Association. She continues to be active in the community whenever she can.
